I had a small splurge at Superdrug over the weekend as they have a 3 for 2 offer on Maybeline's nail varnish ranges. I selected from the Forever Strong range and the Express Finish range. I am pretty hard on my nails and I find this range is as good as any varnish I have tried.
I selected three colours, although I am not sure the green will get a full outing with me having tried it on once! A little daring for me, but a lovely vibrant colour none the less!

Sable Rose, Soft Doux, Turquoise Green

This is how they look on:

I also always use Essie 3 in 1 base and top coat and as I cannot wait around for them to dry as there is always a child demanding something of me ( and I am not a very patient , sit around type of person!!) I love OPI's Rapi Dry Top Coat. It really does mean you can leave the house in minutes!! It is pricey at £13.25, but lasts for ages and for me worth every penny. Again available at
Boots!
What is your favourite nail colour this season?
Chanel Orange Fizz was my holiday colour of choice just like last summer! I also love "Holiday" which they bought out earlier this year. I like that Nude colour you have, sometimes this kind of shade makes my hands look pale but this looks dark enough not t do that. x
ReplyDeleteI saw the orange Fizz you had - loved it!
DeleteOoh that turquoise green is really gorgeous! I've been wearing really bright nail colors for summer :) I'm a new follower!

DeleteI love that first color; it looks so creamy! My favorite color for now is a dark periwinkle color from REVLON. It's named "Impulsive" This is such a fun time of year to experiment every color on my toes, but I can see wearing this one all the way into fall. :)
